Staying at this hotel felt like visiting our great-grandmother's house, with some charming aspects but also a few shortcomings. The location was perfect, right on the ocean with a lovely atmosphere, but the noise on weekends could be a bit bothersome. The dining experience was passable but not exceptional, and the rooms served their purpose though could use some improvement.

The rooms, situated across the hall from the bathrooms, were like visiting a great-grandmother's house, providing a cozy and nostalgic feel but lacking modern amenities. They were adequate for a short stay but could use some updates.

The service was a mix of experiences, with a neighboring hotel guest kindly helping us book another hotel and some staff interactions that could be more welcoming. Housekeeping was efficient, though there were instances of unnecessary yelling at other guests.

The hotel's location directly on the ocean and close to the ferry terminal for Block Island was fabulous. It offered a unique experience with an old-world charm on Main Street, although the noise levels on weekends could be a downside.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small but expected for the area, although they were dusty with noticeable dust bunnies under the beds. The service was outstanding, particularly from after-hours staff, providing personal and attentive care throughout my stay. The location was fabulous, right on the ocean with easy access to transportation. However, the dining options were simple, and the facilities could use some improvement.
